Service

TAP-IN provides linked digital business profiles and related account tools. Customers are responsible for keeping their information accurate and lawful.

Subscriptions

Plans renew in monthly paid periods through QuickBooks invoices. Basic costs $5 per month and covers one active profile and one linked band with essential contact information, images, accent color, basic social links, Save Contact and clickable contact buttons. Pro costs $15 per month and covers one active profile and one linked band with advanced customization, branding and detailed analytics. Business costs $30 per month and covers three active profiles with centralized profile and band management. Business is a quantity-discounted management plan, not three separate Pro subscriptions. Each additional Business profile costs $8 per month. Active plans include unlimited profile updates. When billing expires or fails, editing is paused and the profile reverts to Limited View.

Payments

QuickBooks Payments processes secure invoices and payment receipts. A TAP-IN plan becomes active after payment is confirmed. Customers can create the next renewal invoice from Pricing before the current paid period ends, and the new month is added to the existing paid-through date. Customers may contact TAP-IN before renewing to stop service.

Hardware

A standard physical TAP-IN wristband is $30 one time. All wristbands, including your first, are purchased separately from the subscription. Business requires a minimum initial purchase of three bands at retail—$90 when bands are $30 each. This is an upfront hardware requirement, not free bands or a monthly shipment. Additional or replacement bands remain one-time purchases. Active Business subscribers pay $15 per additional band, which is 50% off retail. Buying an additional band does not create an $8 monthly profile charge unless the customer activates it with an additional profile. Shipping is not included in the displayed band price.

Acceptable use

Do not use TAP-IN for fraud, impersonation, unlawful content, malicious links or infringement. We may suspend profiles that violate these terms or threaten the service.

Availability

We work to keep profiles available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Band compatibility depends on the scanning device and its settings.
