REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Know what happens before you pay.

Subscriptions

Basic is $5 per month, Pro is $15 per month, and Business starts at $30 per month. Contact TAP-IN before the next QuickBooks invoice to stop future renewal invoices. Monthly charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law.

Failed payments

If payment fails, profile editing may be paused and Limited View applied until billing is restored.

Physical wristbands

Standard wristbands are $30 one time. All wristbands, including your first, are purchased separately from the subscription. Business requires an upfront purchase of at least three bands at retail—$90 when bands are $30 each. These are not free bands or a monthly shipment. Additional or replacement bands are one-time hardware purchases, and active Business subscribers pay $15 per additional band. A band-only purchase does not add an $8 monthly profile charge unless the customer activates another profile. Shipping is separate from the displayed hardware price. Report a defective or incorrectly programmed TAP-IN wristband within 30 days of delivery so we can evaluate repair or replacement.
