Information collected

We collect account, profile, inquiry, subscription, payment-status, support and band-usage information needed to operate TAP-IN. QuickBooks Payments processes payment credentials; TAP-IN does not store full card numbers.

Public profiles

Information customers publish is visible to anyone with the profile link or TAP-IN band. Limited View restricts which saved profile details are displayed.

Business teams

Contact details shared with a Business profile may be visible to that profile’s authorized Business owner through the team dashboard and consolidated export.

How information is used

We use information to provide service updates, activate bands, maintain profiles, process subscription status, prevent misuse, provide support and improve the service.

Choices

People who submitted inquiries may request removal at any time. Customers may update published information, unpublish a profile, manage future invoices or request account assistance.
